I'm coding a website right now in HTML5. So much fun. Very easy too.

legoline have finally signed up for modern dance class again. We start very soon! Dance!!!

So most of this year I haven't really done a lot of creative work, but mostly administrative stuff and updating old stuff and it's been frustrating to the point where my muse is mostly gone and I feel like I don't even know how to design anymore nor have the urge to do stuff.

I'm trying to regain some of it though through icon making and graphics and simply looking at lots of stuff. So when I did the tutorial last week, legoline and I decided to make a tiny Amazing Spiderman icon battle.

Here is our result. And I still find it so funny, that we created similar stuff with it.

Last weekend, elsmoka, legoline and I braved the wonderful city of Amsterdam. There was walking, sightseeing and reading by the window with an amazing view as well as a weekend full of the gay pride parade with handbag-throwing, highheel racing and lots of music as well as a parade on boats with a very mixed audience. It was rather fantastic.

I've hardly ever had such crappy pics before though. Only took my DLSR out once and did the rest with my Lomo LCA. Unforntunately for me, I hadn't in serted the film correctly, thus there are no photos.

Anyways, I have fallen in love with the city a bit. It's wonderful because it's a large city that doesn't seem so large. Like it's keeping a lot of the old flair.
I have booked course to learn dutch. I'm very glad, because I've been wanting to do it for years.

Not surprisingly, my tumblr dashboard has turned a lot more fannish and a lot less photographic in the last few weeks.

I'm really looking forward to seeing This means war (Das gibt Ärger) in the cinemas soon. Just so I can witness things like this.

Kirsten Bell remains adorable. Also Sloths!!!

oxoniensis has started the next porn battle.

On another note, my buddy R had no juice on monday and rather than freeze is ass of he spent the night on my couch playing Uncharted 3. Gaming is not good for me. Even watching other people play. But damn, that thing is exciting. Very Indiana Jones. I can totally understand them wanting to turn it into a movie.

I am slowly catching up on shows and am a bit emberassed to say I really enjoy the Lying Game. I'm not even sure what else I caught up on. I think I watched the entire first season of Sherlock AGAIN. Fringe remains awesome and if you aren't watching you totally should be!

Tried a tutorial the other day and ended using my own techniques again. Still liking the result:

So elsmoka and I made a tiny trp to Siegen last monday. Lot's of chatting in the car was had. We also listened to old records. For some reason I brought lots of Jamiroquai. And N.E.R.D.

It was a rather successful trip. I finally got socks. And a new pillow which I totally needed *cough* I'm glad I didn't visit more clothes stores. I forgot how much I love blazers. I also got this cute shirt.



Isn't it the best, It looks perfect with a blazer!

Tuesday, I visited my mum with my brother. She made us our favorite food and we chatted.
Yesterday untitledno8 and I cooked together and talked lots. Also fun. Tonight though, I think I need an evening just for myself. To relax and stuff. Still not sure if I want to see Feeder in Cologne. I need a break.

ps: I cannot concentrate on work today. I am so bored.

The last two weeks have been quite hectic and eventful and will probably continue to be just that.

I've had so much stuff on my mind that I forgot all about SGA Big Bang and missed prompts, pick-ups and everything else. I'm also way behind my TV show in the second week already. At least tonight is Glee night.

I'm warming myself up by watching ( this vid. )

Also I had a wonderful Starbucks carrot cake and elsmoka as company on monday and modern dance class on tuesday with legoline. Modern Dance class, whilst hurting a lot because of my already bad muscle ache, was really exilirating. I always feel very alive after we dance the choreography and this one I love especially much.

This is the dance as done by professionals. Our choreography starts at minute 3:35.

I've lost my mobile phone on the train on monday and went to get a new one with legoline before Modern Dance class. She was very patient with me and I now own this phone, which takes really pretty pictures. My old phone turned up again, btw.



Showed my client that layout alle done up with html and a really cool jQeury Javascript and he went through the roof. Really thrilled and all that. More soon. Also send good thoughts, please.
