I've been meaning to make a post about my Denmark vacation, but never did. I'm still to lazy to write stuff. Exept it was gorgeous and relaxing and the people were so nice and friendly. I'd definately go again. I love the north.

I'm going to get a haircut and color. It's not as good as when I go with lyxzen but it will do for now. Also I bought this awesome turquoise nail polish last week. Easy to use and I didn't make any mess applying it, but now while at work it is totally distracting to see myself type on the keyboard.

Somtime last week was the last day of filming of Merlin ever and I'm still a bit sad I didn't go one last time. Who knows, maybe there will be another season.
At theiconquest though, I have signed up for a merlin icon battle. 25 icons to the end of the month. It will be hard considering all the things I'm doing right now, but I'm sure you will all cheer me on a bit.

My entry for a_mused is progressing well. Had several awesome ideas right now. I choose to go the vintage challenge (muted colors) for Hunger Games, but have chosen to not only have vintage colors but at least partially vintage styles. I hope it works and that I find the time to do it all. I have to have a certain amount of icons (points) to post an entry and I'm not there yet. And some of the icons I made I find a bit boring. We will see. I still have 4 days until the deadline.

I'm already done with season 4 of Lost. It is kind of sad.

I'm back from my one week mini vacation. It was fabulicious. I will write more once my Lomos return.

Last week a lady called me that a space as been freed up and I am now part of the dutch course again. I had my first lesson yesterday and it was fabulous and a lot of fun and I knew a lot more than I thought I did. I also went to pilates right after because my fitness studio is right there and it was exhausting and a bit painful but I don't have that much of a muscle ache. I've gained a bit of weight in Denmark and also haven't really done that much sports in over a month. So i'm hoping to get back into it.

The Lomographys have been taken in Amsterdam, my parents garden, dog walking in Duisburg and in Düsseldorf. I hope you enjoy.

Also I'm not sure if I've mentioned that I am rewatching Lost right now. I'm already done with season 3.

Last weekend, elsmoka, legoline and I braved the wonderful city of Amsterdam. There was walking, sightseeing and reading by the window with an amazing view as well as a weekend full of the gay pride parade with handbag-throwing, highheel racing and lots of music as well as a parade on boats with a very mixed audience. It was rather fantastic.

I've hardly ever had such crappy pics before though. Only took my DLSR out once and did the rest with my Lomo LCA. Unforntunately for me, I hadn't in serted the film correctly, thus there are no photos.

Anyways, I have fallen in love with the city a bit. It's wonderful because it's a large city that doesn't seem so large. Like it's keeping a lot of the old flair.
I have booked course to learn dutch. I'm very glad, because I've been wanting to do it for years.
