Lex talks Gemüse! Seriously. That was one horrific pronounciation. *g*

GR: Wir müssen die Kosten reduzieren.
E: We must reduce the costs.

Clark comes in...bla bla

GR: Meine Herren. Es ist spät. Ich bin müde. Machen wir morgen weiter.
mwaaahhh...Lex loves he parataxis!
E: Gentlemen, it's late. I'm tired. Let's continue tomorrow.

German fellwos are strangely silent.

You're so right, probably. Hope said that when he was speaking, the Hoosier definitely came out in his voice, as he sounded just like most of the kids in her German class, back in high school.

I read that. I'm still trying to find out what hoosier means though..*g*

I thought it was dead funny. specially how he pronounced *weiter* lol...he said wider.... but it's more witer. or whiter is close too....but it's not a d...

I totally didn't get that he was speaking german first though....I was too distracted with clark being so incredibly rude and just interrupting like that. lol

Oh! Hoosier is slang for a native of Indiana. Sorry!! So it would be like saying...there's still a lot of LA left in that guy. Or something like that.

Poor Rosenbaum was probably just trying to remember all the words and get on to the dialogue in his native tongue. *g* That's the trouble with playing a billionaire's son when you came out of Smallville, Indiana.
