omg
right now..this very moment...I'm glad I didn't go to uni.
Because the way the snow is coming down, there is no chance I would have actually gotten back home!

Oooh, playing outside with sleighs would be lovely! But we just don't get "proper" winters anymore. And I don't have a sleigh...

It's the same here, we used to get the really nice winters with so much snow you could hardly get outside the door, you'd spend days building small snow houses and snowmen, go on a sleigh. Nowadays it just doesn't snow that much, or it does and then a couple of hours later it rains...so typical Denmark. All because of that dreaded global warming.

and then it all melts away :-)
I think it's gonna start raining soon.

Yeah, I remember the good old winter fun days as well. At least we can still enjoy watching some snow flakes falling to the ground, even though they disappear so quickly. Imagine we wouldn't see any snow at all anymore... :(

And I know it's some kind of stereotype, but I always assumed you still had proper winters in Denmark! Global warming is horrible.

It's been like that this year, with the snow flakes just falling and disappearing the minute they hit the ground. November this year was the warmest we've had in over a 100 years.

And it's not that much of a stereotype. It used to be like that in the winters, lots of snow - so much you couldn't go to school (that one I loved in particular). Now it just seems we have a lot longer autumn and spring months.
