
Ingredients: Bread
- 1 cube yeast
- 500ml medium warm water
- 500g wholemeal spelt flour
- 50g sunflower seeds
- 50g flax seeds
- 2tsp salt
- 2tbsp cider vinegar
1. Dissolve yeast in the water and then add all other ingredients and mix well.
2. Butter a loaf pan and put the dough into the pan.
3. Place pan onto the middle grill in the oven and bake for about 55 minutes at 170 degrees celcius.
4. Remove bread from oven and let it cool.
Ingredients: Topping
- Avocado
- virgin olive oil
- lemon juice
Cut the avocados into pieces mix with olive oil and lemon juice. Also add a little salt. Toast the hommade bread and squash the avocado mixture onto it.
