Tin Tin Movie!!!

A while back I posted about my Glee about this upcoming movie project. A tin tin movie!!!! Written by Steven Moffat. Produced by Peter Jackson and Stephen Spielberg. ther eis a trailer out. Very short, not telling much, but I like it.

I dunno what to think about it. I grew up with Tintin and know all the albums per heart and it is so sacred to me. I'm a bit scared of the outcome.

I'm liking what I see so far. I've loved Tin Tin as a child. I think it was my favorite animated series and comic book. I like that Isee so far because it goes with my own vision. But sure, they could mess it up and maybe I shouldn't expect too much.

It was my favorite too. And along with Spirou and Lucky Luke, all the kids here (well of my age) grew up with them. It is very risky to do such a movie in countries like Belgium and France. The Lucky Luke adaptations for example never worked here.

Actually in Germany he's just called Tim.
I don't know Spirou. I was more into Asterix. But I always loved Tintin the best.

And true..I still hope it works. The Lucky Luke adaptions didn't work here either I think. Neither did Asterix.

I loved Asterix too but Spirou & Fantasio (wikipage (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirou_et_Fantasio)) and Lucky Luke were the best for me.

I hope. We'll see when it will be out. The Asterix adaptions suck SO MUCH it is a nightmare. They are a shame in the movie world. The cartoons are awesome though.

The Asterix Cartoons are awesome. My favorite is the one with the tasks. But the movies are so bad. Same reason i dread seeing the Wickie movie. I dont think ever actively saw Spirou.

Well, I don't know if I'm going to like it. I thought they'd make a real-life movie.
I'd have preferred a Disney/drawn version instead of an animated one, I think.
I'll probably watch it on DVD, but I don't know if I'm going to be ver excited about it.

Maybe we should just set a date instead of trying to be spontaneous about it? ;-)

It's indeed a short trailer but OMG!!! It looks all kinds of awesome. Such gorgeous animation and by such awesome people. I am in awe and now I'm super super excited for this movie :D
