Chronicles of Narnia Icons
Seriously, I love cream spinach. And not just because it's cream.

So, I feel very not creative right now, which basically has to do with evil screencaps that don't want to behave the way I want them to. Veronica Mars anyone. those caps kill me.

So, I did install the rotate script for me. And included a few new headers. all Narnia. One basic *other* one. This is what inspired the icons. This and [livejournal.com profile] blimey_icons *g* Experimental, which is why I used only 4 images or something.

Your rotating headers are such a good idea. I've rewritten the script for one of my components to retrieve a different interest icon each time my page is reloaded (though the icons are woefully old). And my journal is in need of a post-holiday face-lift. Now I'm intrigued at the idea of making a series of coordinating headers to rotate through. I wonder if component can even handle it. I wonder if my free time can handle it.

Either way, brilliant work. And graphics. I found you through [livejournal.com profile] amandajane5 a few months ago and have been enjoying your posts. You have such a great style.

Different interest icons? I'm not sure what you mean :)

However, the script I am usiong here works on anything where there is a image referrer. So it does work on component. I could send it to you with instructions. It takes a few seconds to set up basically.

And thank you very much :) *wibbles*

It's been so long since I coded it, but I set up a var string and established 50 pictures for it to select randomly. (About a year and a half ago, it was popular to make interest icons and post them in your profile, and I set up a free text component to use those files to display a random interest within my journal which would change when refreshed.) However, when I view my source code, it doesn't indicate the var string, just shows the results. Therefore, viewing your source code won't give me any clues, either. Did you end up using a var string? I'd kind of like to figure it out myself, but the coding for my header is different, it seems, using a different form of the language then the component I customised. Hmmm, I think I'll tinker with it when I'm not at work, supposedly working and if I have further questions, I might pester you for the code. Thanks!

Ah..I think I saw it in your userinfo. I think. I was wondering why you were showing no interests... at least...when I look at it. Just the icons.

And the script I have is nothing that complicated. It is simply a matter of putting the script and the images you want displayed in one folder and then instead of putting in the image. http://www.website.com/image.jpg. you put http://www.website.com/rotate.php. The script does the rest. And I didn't code it. I'm really bad at php and perl and stuff.
