well... first they have to determine whether it was my fault or theirs. Then, when they realise I didn't drop it in the bath and infact, they are stupid losers who sell phones with bad operating systems... they'll send it back to Portugal so I can trade it in for a new one. Never again will it be Siemens though =( But I've never actually had a prob with the brand before (my laptop and home phone are siemens)
