X-Men 2 is so gay!
I saw the double feature of X-Men 2 yesterday and damn, I liked part two. even better than the first one IMO.
I realyl liked wolverine, as always and also the Bobby rogue relationship. I just have to wonder why Grey has those visions in the beginning, it was never toroughly explained. I also wanted to see more of Lady Deathstrike and Jason, Strykers' son, would have loved them to defy him and coem to their senses, and for X to be stronger to conteract against Jason's mind controlling.
Oh and Night Crawler was way cool.
Aside to that, did you also have the feeling that Wolverine and Cyclops would jump each other. And that Cyclops almost kissed Professor X as Jean spoke through him. Well..i know it was really Jean, but still.
This must be the gayest movie I've seen since "The Lord of the Rings."

The whole thing with Jean is straight from the comic book--it's a complicated plotline that will be picked up in the third movie, hopefully. It's supposed to be huge and we'll see what they do with it, but that ending was a beginning to something else all together.
Wolverine/Cyclops was just so emotionally intense, especially at the end, and that tension just sort of swelled in their mutual grief.
PS. LOTR is an amazingly gay movie!
Good review, lil lj!

I'm very curious myself, because I know of the Phoenix Saga vaguely, and I want to see what they do with it and where they go next.

I really want to delay getting information about it until the last minute because I usually like the trailer to be my first impression of a movie.
Until then, everything seems like it has the potential to be a spoiler.

I thought you asked what talk was regarding X-Men 3, and I just realized you asked if there was talk about making an X-Men 3. My mistake.
Yes, X-Men has been meant as a trilogy from the beginning. I do know that much--that when the original X-Men was made, just like with Spider-Man, they intended it to be a three-movie deal. So, yes, there is definitely supposed to be a third film!

But you know, I have to admit that X2 has really given him some steep competition in my book :)

Spidey has a special place for me, cause it's the Movie that brought me to comic Hero movies and it made me adore the Tobster.
