Don't know how I feel about Malkovich as Voldemort - he's slithery enough, but they better put a whole hell of a lot of makeup on him so he's not so John Malkovich-ishy. He needs to be evil (not a joke). Though looking at how Alan RIckman transformed himself, it totally possible.
