Morning woes

What a morning. I overslept again. That makes an amazing 10 times in a row. At least I have my car so I can rech work in time. Anyways, I woke up to the sound of the garbagedisposal truck driving by and suddenly remembered that I had parked my car in second row. So I jump up out of bed to see if there is enough space.

I check and my car isn't there!!! My first thought. Towed. Stolen. I run around my apartment. I keep thinking... who do I call, what do I do. was remarkably calm though and decide. Shower first then I will check it out. So I hurry, step in the shower and scrub. And well, then I remember that I had changed parking spaces last night and wasn't parked in second row after all. Car is fine and accounted for.

LOL well I'm glad that your car is fine and accounted for ;) But yeah I can so understand your reaction here to be honest. But glad that there's nothing wrong. I hope you made it to work in time in the end btw.

I made it to work fine, yes :) I anted to be there a lot earlier, but then that is another sotry alltogether :)

ooh, I recently saw a sleep therapist and I have the best tip for waking up on time if you're interested!

mmm... I am definately curious now.
I do't have sleepinmg trouble usually. I just think I'm a bit overworked. But you never know it might be something different.

step 1: get into a routine - set yourself a bedtime and a wake time and stick to it religiously.

Step 2: set up a reward/punishment system for if you do/don't wake up. I made it that I had to give me brother $20 if I didn't and let me tell you... that was very motivating.

Soon you'll be waking up even without an alarm!

1) I do that already :) I just need to manage to get to bed a bit earlier.

Rofl... I have systems like that for a lot of things. Food, sports, you name it.

Not with money. But I'm not supposed to buy clothes until I lost kilos. Stuff like that.

hmm... how long are you allowing for sleep then? Because I do 10pm-7am giving me 9 hours and that works out well

well tryst me, forcing yourself to give a considerable amount of money to someone you don't particularly like is WAY more motivating than new clothes you're going to have to pay for anyway :P

Gut, das mit dem Auto zu hören :)

Wollte grade meinen Film entwickeln lassen, aber es geht nicht. Wir haben ja die Lasche abgeschnitten, und jetzt ist der Film komplett eingerollt. Ich hatte es befürchtet. Und unser Fotoladen hat das Gerät nicht mehr, mit dem man das rausziehen konnte :-/

Echt? Gar keine analoge entwicklung? Wasn das für'n scheiss. Fotokoch oder leistenschneider fragen wär ne idee. Ich wollte heute mal nach DM. hoffentlich geht das da noch.

Doch, die machen noch analoge Entwicklung. Nur weil wir beimeinem Film was abgeschnitten haben ist der beim Zurückspulen komplett eingerollt, und die Lasche ist ja weg. Und jetzt kriegen die den Film nicht raus, weil sie das spezielle Gerät für solche Fälle nicht mehr haben.
