Winter is coming  
And I'm not alluding to "Game of Thornes". It's really cold today! I've been cold this morning for the first time in ever. I feel it does not bode well for my Chicago trip (3 weeks to go!!!) and the contents of my closet. The jacket I ordered two weeks ago still has not arrived. I still don't know what to pack. What do I need for a one week trip to Chicago besides my passport and US dollars?

Have I mentioned it's cold? My bed was so comfy this morning I could hardly get up.

Yesterday was largely uneventful. I did my sports again. I hope I can do more situps soon ;) I went to the supermarket for food and folded my laundry. Sounds exciting right. I also watched my shows for the first time since wednesday last week. I stopped watching a few, simply because I forgot all about them. Nikita, Big Bang Theory, Undercovers...

However I did truly enjoy the last two eps of Merlin. How I met your mother picked up and became muc more charming and awesome after this season pilot. I'm really enjoying the Event. It's a mix of Lost and 24. Also Fringe rules them all. I'm still not sure about Supernatural. Also not sure if I mentioned that but I really like No Ordinary Family, Hawai 50 picked up a bit and I forgot to watch the Vampire diaries the last two weeks.

Season 1 of Haven is sadly over now. Thank got it's gotten renewed. I made this artwork for [livejournal.com profile] thetroubles last weekend.

I'd also like to point you here. Because I find it amusing.

Mufflers..those are the ear thingies..right? I have 3 wool hats. And tons of scarfs.
And I'm not sure.. it's probably 0 degrees there!

And it was supposedly cold enough here the last two mornings for the guys from Wuppertal to have to wipe their cars in the morning, so I guess Chicago will be a bit colder.
But then luckily you can look it up online :)

It's not too bad here at the moment, but I'm dreading the next few months. I have to get up really early, and trying to drag myself our from my waaarm bed when it's so dark and cold is a huge struggle.

(When I get my own place, I'll give up eating to pay for the extra morning heating I think!)

I loved HIMYM but was me about The Event. I just think it might be cancelled. I might go back to watching it if it doesn't. LOVING FRINGE LIKE WHOA. I am very meh about Supernatural. I like it ok but I am multitasking as I watch. I like Hawaii Five-0. Steve and Danny's bitching at each other is my fave part.

I didn't even notice the similarities in the SGA and H50 pic but to be fair Hawaii...water. Makes sense. Plus the people are all soaked. CBS knows sex sells.

It might get cancelled? I thought it has good ratings. But I never get it anyways. Huge was just cancelled and that is such a great show.

Very meh about SPN too. I think I like chin a lot from Hawai 05.

And I thought mostl I saw really bad photoshopping!! *grins*

Meh idk. I think over time more people will keep dropping it because of the wacky timelines. It's just soooo all over the place it's hard to remember what order things happen in. And I think it might get cancelled? Idk I just didn't feel invested. I watch a bajillino shows as it is.

Chin + Shotgun = OTP He uses that thing in every episode!

Yeah bad photoshopping + tv ads are the way of life it seems. But I think I was distracted by Alex O'Loughlin's rippling torso hnnngh.

mmm..I din't like the timejumps so much but I didn't have trouble following. Plus I heard there will be less jumps. I hope it doesn't get cancelled, because I like it far better then most new shows.

The shotgun is love!!!!!

Rofl...and LAex is gorgeous. I just think his character is too boring. I hope thjey give him some more to do soon.

Hm, maybe it makes hot things even hotter but I don't think it would work on things which are not hot to start with.

There is not enough water to make, say Gollum hot.
