The majority of the people who jumped ship to Dreamwidth still crosspost, so I don't think that is it. It's just quiet around here, I guess.

Different fandoms wouldn't account for your flist being quiet though. They would just be talking about something else if that was the case. :/

Maybe it's because it's challenge season? People are still working on their Big Bangs, and a lot of other challenges have opened up since then.

mmmm true. And true..there are a lot of challanges. But I still think it's gotten considerably less stuff.

College/Uni started again, I wouldn't think too much of it.

Dreamwidth is not that busy either. There are too many challenges in too many fandoms, uni has started, people who used to post a lot are now busy with the OTW, friendslists need constantly fresh blood because people drift away, etc.

mmmm... does OTW take a lot of time? It's possible?

I'm on and I comment but I don't post much. I blame Twitter.I say what little I have to say there. :/ I have a Dreamwidth but I never use it. I just saved my name on there. I do think people have gotten less vocal about fandom, though. Not me! Well. Sort of. I watch so much tv I can't make time to discuss it all. I do it for SPN but the rest gets shafted, really.

Pretty wall! Even if I only ship it in a friendly BROTP platonicness and not slashy, I enjoy McShep.

I don't see the attraction of DreamWidth. It's basically jsut live LJ but..there's already LJ. Why move? I love LJ. I can hate it sometimes (for it's technical problems) but I love it on the whole.

Yes! I had tonnnns on my PC then it crashed and ever since I got my Mac, I'd forgotten them all so it's been a slow build. I've looked around for font guides and sites but a lot of them are out of date or not what I'm looking for. If you'd like to rec some of your fave (free) fonts, I'd more than happy to listen.

My last post here was in May and even then that was a dodgy "I'm not really gone" post. The last post with actual content was in Feb.

I still comment here and there, but I've noticed that those on my flist aren't posting as much either. I think we've all tied up with RL stuff, and because the flist is less active you don't feel like posting much either which of course makes flist even less active. Vicious cycle.

I have a dreamwidth, but only use it to comment on one of my friends who has moved there haha.

We need to revive LJ! Or maybe I should just make some new friends who are now active haha. A lot of the great people I knew when I just started LJ have moved on *sniffs*. Glad you are still here *clings*.
