Supernatural 5x04 - The End

I loved the continuety. I loved that Sam finally went and called Dean and not kept putting it off. I loved the choice Dean made in the end. I can understand him not wanting to give up on either himself nor Sam. I loved the Dean vs. Dean stuff especially because Jensen took such great care of making them both different. I almost teared up even. It's brilliant.
But most of all, I loved Cas. I always love Cas, but the way it started was just brilliant. I loved normal Cas, as uneasy as he is more then Love-Guru-Cas and I really enjoyed the transformation there. He seems so broken and bitter under that orgy-attitude. IT's interesting that he becomes human instead of just giving back his body to Jimmy Novak though.
Is this actually the future or just a version that was concoted Zacharias.
- This voice says I'm almost out of minutes.
- I'll just wait here then.
- President Palin?! That's just frightning.
- Don't you trust yourself? No
- We had an appointment.
The only thing that I found odd was Lucifers choice of garments. It reminded me a lot of Dogma, not the mention that Smallville episode of Lex's future.
Also random trivia. I love seeing actors in other roles. So here is some Lost/SPN crossover.

Lost (last one is both of them)
Supernatural
ps:slowly catching up. Work is killer. Did three websites in a week. Deserve some kind of award. Also visited my grandparents in Darmstadt, went to a birthdayparty and helped
ps: at one point when I have more time I will share my Lost theory.

Castiel is one of the best character additions to any show ever. Misha is an amazing actor and I love his whacky self to bits. I think Jimmy decided to give himself wholly over to Castiel. Like I suppose he's in there somewhere but it's Castiel pretty much on the whole. So when he became mortal, he overpowered whatever that was left of Jimmy?
I think it's a future created by Zachariah so he can will Dean into saying Yes to Michael. Zachariah is a giant douchenozzle.
Yeah, the Lucifer wearing a suit thing was a bit jilting, and I couldn't buy Jared's Lucifer all too well. I commend him for trying but Jensen outacted himself, even. Playing two versions of Dean that felt different.
I keep harking back to Dogma because I LOVE that movie and I swear if they do a similar storyline from it, in that God fixes everything in the end I will be happy. I think Kripke is pulling some great material from other places and working it into this show very well. Like the Milton's version of Lucifer falling, and we're getting some Good Omens stuff here and there with the angels and I am hoping for some Dogma type storyline with God.
Edit: Hey you edited when I was posting a comment! I pointed that out in my 5x02 picspam. I love it, too! even if it was unintentional? The casting is AWESOME! Now I kinda want Lost/Spn fic. Haha. Like Lucifer and War go to see their doppelganger selves on Lost island. Or anything, really.

I've always liked SPN but I've never been that fannish about it. Now that Cas is there, I'm much more interested. And it's not just because I think Misha is really cool. And yeah? I'm not sure. Didn't they tell him in that one ep it's like being chained to a comet? That it was horrible but he still gave himself over to Cas to save his daughter?
And yeah.. but I think there is no telling if that future is real or not or if Zacharias only created it right?
I didn't by Jareds Lucifer that much either. He wasn't bad, but I wasn't convinced by it. I thought Marc Pellegrino was much better.
I hope God fixes everything. I'm not sure if I will be sad if he doesn't show up. I just want it for Cas... ok...for the human race too. It would be good for Sam and Dean to have something to believe in.
Yeah..i always reedit something. I had the images done two weeks ago when the first ep aired but didn't get around to posting.
War is also on "The Good Wife". It's kinda creepy. And me too..so much!

But Jimmy died in 4x20. He died and went to heaven, basically.

Apocalyptic storyline? [nods] Dean vs. Dean? Yes, please.
"We had an appointment." [squee]
While I liked love-guru Castiel because they made him sad instead of replusive (i.e., Gaius Baltar level of douchiness), I LOVE OUR AWKWARD CAS. Dean is so right, "don't ever change" Castiel. Misha is brilliant. Castiel/Jimmy/Hippie!Cas are wonderfully different.
I'm so-so on Jared as Lucifer too. Or maybe he was perfect since I found Lucifer to be an annoying mass-ego cockroach like Dean. As for the white suit, what else could he have worn? We've seen Sam in everything from casual to black-tie. Color plays a part of our perception. Black and red can read dark and violent. Lucifer thinks of himself as pure and a light-bringer. Also, the stark contrast of the warn-torn world and white is striking. Any other color would be distracting. Lucifer loves beauty translating into a tailored suit. I can't see him wearing baggy clothes. But why not military garb? I don't think he sees himself as a military leader. Granted having an evil character wear white is hardly original.

And yes..exactly that about Cas. Even though he was having orgies, I didn't mind him.
mm... I like your explanation for the suit a lot.
