Magnolia

So with the help of

half_lit_world I chose and bought a new lens. And of course I had to go and try it out and experiment a bit. Besides it's spring and the magnolia was in full bloom.

PS: I'm gonna try and post more, really.

Ooooo, these are so beautiful!! Well, and the industrial pipe ones are gritty and fascinating. But eeeee, blooms!!

Thanks hon! I'm glad you like the pipes. My new lens is light sensitive so it's really cool to photograph when it's darker!

Yum. I love this post. My eyes fell completely drawn in by the light bulb one and the textures of the leaves against the sky. The pipes and and the wall work really well, especially with the tension afforded by the blurring.
