I've been meaning to post for ages and to be honest I'm on a sort of hiatus because work and rl has taken over and I'm really behind on my challenges. My Sarah Connor Wallpaper is not cooperating with me at all. Hopefully this weekend I can finish both the wallpaper and the first Painted Spires entry. I have Sunday for that.

Anyways, been busy with birthdays and concerts. Saw Kaizers Orchestra and Portishead. Kaizers rocked like there is no tomorrow. They are one of the few bands that have me jump and clap continuesly and Janove is really really hot and his voice.... *cough*



Portishead were beautiful. The music is of the moodiest I've ever heard and her voice is just so unique. The only downside was that I didn't actually SEE much.

Last weekend then, there was ny brothers birthday party and a Guitar Hero and Singstar night at sophie0's place and let's just say I'm really bad at Guitar hero, but it was a lot of fun nonetheless.

This weekend the birthday season continues *g*

As for fannish things, I'm still head over heels with Rome and have cought up with BSG. That last ep was intruiging to me. Also did the Banners and icons for this years mcshep_match, which is a really cool fanfiction competition which you can sign up for soon.

And last but certainly not least: Happy belated birthday faelkchen, chani_atreides and jimaine42. I hope they were good :)
