Gimma all those tools...
We just had a presentation about using a wacom, a graphic tablet and damn, it looks so good. The thing is, the last tiem I tried that I failed miserably, but that was years ago and I feel that the tablets are better now thn they used to be.

But gad, sharing a tablet with the whole company seems extreme. The thing is, the tablet we have costs 500 Euros. Which is way too much.

My question is this. Have any of you experience with a graphic tablet and can recommend one that is not quite that expensive?

technically, the main difference between wacom and the others is that wacom holds the patent on battery-free pens. So all the others have a battery inside the pen, which makes them really bulky. ;(

I chose a wacom graphire 3 when I bought mine, it has decent sensitivity and a5 size. I use it mostly for cutting out people for manips and for writing text. I can't draw with it very well, but i really like the tablet.
