Smallville- a Question.
The red underpants superman is wearing. Is it part of the blue pants, or is it seperate.

*giggle*

Really..it IS an important question.

I must admit to thinking long and hard about that when I was a kid and I always came to the conclusion that they were separate. Not sure why, probably had something to do with the colours running in the wash.

I love the washing argument. *giggle* madly.

I'm bookmarking this, because I want to know! And I don't *G*...though now I'm imagining Lex deciding to find out (for research purposes, naturally).

What dio you mean you dodn't know..you have to!!!! *grins*
Maybe I should just make it up for now. Dammit. *giggle*

ResearchLex.. I like that idea.

Superman and Lex Luthor faced off, faces grim, on the roof of the LexCorp Towers.

"What are you up to now, Luthor," Superman growled.

"Research!" Lex Luthor shouted, then pounted the device in his hand straight at Superman's waist. A thin beam of light emerged and although he tried to move, Superman found himself rooted to the spot.

"What are you doing?" Superman asked a few seconds later, when, in obvious disgust, Lex threw the small boxy control over the side of the building.

"Something," Lex got close enough to reach out and grab, "I should have done," he pulled - hard - at the bright red underpants that graced the outside of the familiar blue costume, "a long, long time ago!"

"Lex! Knock that off! It tickles!"

"Damn it! I can't believe your Mom sewed these things to the rest of the suit!"

Damn... you rock babe. How vome you write so fast!!!!! Gimme your speed! i've been sitting on this fic for hours. *grumble*

I love how you built up to it and it's so much fun..mwaaah.

---------

ps: Of course she sewed it to the suit. She was scared I might loose it. Question is, why are you interested in my underwear.

I'm looking forward to reading your story - I want to know what you do to Superman's red shorts!

I've just had the thought that it probably is a whole garment..together with the top...wouldn't the shirt roll up all the time otherwise?

Now that would be a situation to get..out of....fast.

and *g* I'm already thinking of completely rewriting..damn!!!!

OMG! Bwahahahaha... !!
[identity profile] emrinalexander.livejournal.com on September 25th, 2005 12:55 am (UTC)
*G* - I imagine that Superman would then show Lex the hidden fastening to the suit, in the interests of making him stop tickling him, and what happens after that is anybody's guess.

Ohhh... can we watch?? *giggles*

I'd go with seperates. Cause what superhero retail store would sell underwear on the outside of their tights like that?! LOL Plus, they're tights, unless Superman wants you to see his jewels, he had to find a way to cover them. Wala! The underwear!

I also agree with the laundry argument. But an easy way around this would to just wash them in COLD water ;)
[identity profile] elli.livejournal.com on September 24th, 2005 10:57 pm (UTC)
lol....so supes is just the biggest fashio victim ever!!!! *giggle*
and supes doesn't freeze.-.so he could use cold water--or maybe the suit washes itself. heeee.

In the comics they are separate, there have been many times that Clark's ended up shirtless for one reason or another.

What about the red slip?

But yeah....weird.....

You think it would be easier in one piece. I mean, in the Incredibles, it was all one piece. I giggle just thinking of Superman shimmy-ing into his panties.
