Another idea...  
What about a Smallville fanart battle :)

One person starts a fanart which should be clex oriented or what... and it would be passed on until next friday.

Sounds like fun. Only it's a little scary. Would it be anything raging from icons to wallpapers?

it would be a fixed size. And it would be more like a chain letter than a contest.

maybe size 500x500 px. The thing will be passed on 5 times. More like a collaboration ony you cannot talk about what is being changed.
