Lots of stuff and more to come
I've been planning not to post in this LJ until I've finished the spring cleaning. Well..as of yet, I am not finished at all!
Still need to sort through a lot of stuff.

The last few days have been busy. Went to the zoo, had to work and cleaned and cleaned and cleaned.

However, everyone deserves a break!

So yes, I've been reading some fanfiction:

Recs:
Ceremony of Innocense by RivkaT
The Nourishment Series by Janet F. Caires-Lesgold

Together by The Tenth muse
The Clue Bus by Jennie

This is a shortz and beautiful piece, an accurate view on what it could be like in the future. It didn't fullfill my obsession with happy ndings, but in this case, that wouldn't have done the story justice anyways.

This was amazingly disturbing, becasue till the end, you never really find out the truth about Clark. The characterization really works here and yes, it actually has an ending that I like...*g*

I think I'm missing out on a lot..*g*, but I also don't know all the places.

Being busy writing is always good. I started a story myself, but it's still in the beginning stages.

And I did see your favs list. just didn't have times to check it out yet.

I know that feeling! It sucks!
I'm only just now discovering sources for RPS!
I started looking a little while back, found nothing, but kind of dismissed it at the time, because I was so enraptured by Clex that it was all I could read.

I've read so many good ones, and I don't believe I've ever seen one I didn't like for at least one reason or another. I would have liked to have included so many more stories in my list, but you've seen the list as it is--it's HUGE!

There's just too much good stuff out there, but thankfully, Clex along with SV RPS is in no short supply, and that is a relief even though it is quite overwhelming having so much out there that you may never be able to get around to reading.

How long do you estimate it will take before you finish your story? I'd really like to read it when you're done :)

RPS mmmm.... For some reason I cannot warm up to it. I read a story once which was quite good, however it's like touching somethinmg sacred, I dunno. I think privacy is very important. And righgt now i got more than enough to do with Clex, Smallville stuff, Spider-Man and Harry Potter although right now I'm largely concentrating on Clex.

As for my own story, I really cannot tell, because I don't know how big it will be and for some reason my stories always turn epic...

I understand completely what you mean--for a little while in the beginning there I was not fond of the idea of RPS. I too thought that was a sacred arena, and seemed like it should remain untouched. I was very happy with Clex in and of itself and I thought anything beyond was a little risque. In time though, my mind inevitably wandered in that direction, and though I'm not an avid RPS fan, I'm not as thrown by it as I once was. I really like it, but Clex is what mainly appeals to me, though I admit RPS has its own appeal, with my being a Michael fan and a Tom fan.
Your logic is wholly understandable though. It's just a matter of your own personal taste and what appeals to you, and that's what you thrive on :)

And good luck with the story as it comes, slowly but surely :)
