procrastinating..

I feel this intense urge to do several things....

a) to make clex vid to two songs. which I can't, cos that will take ages and...diploma...is evil.

b) to participate in several challenges. reason not to see a

c) finish some more websites... specially for moonlight_spike. I actually continued at this. Bad girl.

d) I feel this strong urge...ever since the meeting with coffee and elsmoka, to read "Sweet Dreams" by margeret berger. It was the story the opened a world to new dimension and possibiöities...aka..slash. Before that I couldn't even imagine that ever. I was raised in a more or less conservative household and the only reason I did read it was because Margeret write "In his Minds Eye" which is pure Tom Paris angst. I read it 20 times or what and it was always wwwwoooowwww.

Anyways, Sweet Dreams is slashing Chakotay/Paris. And C/P is so cool because initially Chak hates Tom and Tom is a jackass and a mercenary.They have a past and there is loads of tention. Remember in the pilot, Chak almost attacks Tom just cos he's there.

Anyways, like the very straight tom in this story, at least in the beginning, chak opened this new world. and with tom, I was slowly and very nicely converted. Not to mention hotly.

I wanna read.

Hmm... Sweet Dreams. I KNOW I've read it before, but I can't remember what it was about. Mayybe cos it's one of the first CP fics I read. Mmm... Tommy... damn it, this reminds me of that stupid fic. 11000 words and I still can't get the boys togeter. Am trying to finish it in time for Jean's b-day but looks like that's impossible. ::sigh::

The first slash story? Oooh, tough one.

It could have been 'Spark' by jennyo. Angel/Alias crossover. Jen writes perfect Wesley.

Then again, it might have been a Clex story (no idea which one). I think Clex was my first regular slash pairing - simply because Smallville was my first fandom that had absolutely *no* bearable female leads.

"Sweet Dreams" is without a doubt the best Voyager fic I have ever read! It is sheer brilliance! (And soooo hot!!! *drools* And still in character ^_~)

Oooh, Sweet Dreams. I haven't read that in a while. That's one of my favorite C/P fics. Margaret's fic was some of the first slash fic I'd ever read. I didn't even know such fiction existed until I stumbled upon her stories. Hee, and the rest is history. *g*

Now I must go back and read that story. I've been feeling very nostalgic for C/P lately. Paris angst always was such a beautiful thing.

likewise for me. it was a whole new world.
I remember feeling esecially naughty since I read it in an internat cafe, by this time I didn't have a pc which was net-able and was downloading stories onto discs and stuff... I skipped loads of classes for fic, and I was getting really hot by this one... lol... I think that's why it's forever burned in my memory.

did you reread it? and I'm glad i'm not the only one nostalgic. I just ordered season 1 dvd set.
