Coffee said I should post it..even though it's way way late!!!!!

I said that before. i made a list on what to give everyone, but I won#t ever get it done in time for xmas..maybe not even before enxt year, goes diploma has to go first and it#s only fanart and lj time and fic covers...

Step One

- Make a post (public, friendslocked, filtered...whatever you're comfortable with) to your LJ. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fandom-related ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

- If you wish for real life things (not fics or icons), make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you.

- Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your LJ, or link to this post (it'll be public) so that the holiday joy will spread.

Step Two

- Surf around your friendslist (or friendsfriends, or just random journals) to see who has posted their list. And now here's the important part:

- If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

For your info..the wish lists of people in my flist are in my memories..so if you have the same people on your flist....

- For you to comment on several images in smallvillefanart.com

- For you to submit your fanart to smallvillefanart.com. I know there are tons of fanartists on my flist who haven't and that would make me insanely happy. and it would make the site more alive.

- Clex Schmooop. It doesn't matter if it's fic or art or whatever. If it's fic...with kissing..loads of it. and cuddling. maybe a just getting together... first time...lala land.

- To join in my community [livejournal.com profile] 12months. I know it's getting old.

- To participate more in [livejournal.com profile] artists_guild.

- Feedback people even if you are lazy.

- Harry Potter fic recs. Yeah, you guys really got to me.

- Fanart of any kind. Experiment!!

- Materials you think can be well made into art. (scans of cardboard, wallpaper, odd things--this would be like the ebst thing for my diploma)

- To manage my diploma well

- A job next year once I'm done

And this is more things I pine for and will get myself.

- Eyeball eddie on DVD
- Poolhall Junkies on DVD
- eps of Zoe, Duncan Jack and Jane

not so crazy about the other author you linked to though

Me neither! I tried one of her stories last night, and... Hmm. Oh dear!!!

But Tarowen's stories are great. And I'll take a look at the ones you've mentioned, though I think I'll just have to bookmark everything for now.

Eee. So good.

And I haven't forgotten about uploading the Doves CD - I just have about a million things to do before I leave for the hols, so it will happen um sometime ok? (Besides that, did you know that my laptop might be melting? I spilled juice on it stupid thing - so far ok but might have to take it apart. I've been moving everything off just in case)

Thanks - I've bookmarked that as suggested (would read it now, but am way too engrossed in a major project or two!)

No worries about the Doves CD - whenever it's convenient is fine.

Oh, sounds dodgy. Hope it survives. Mine actually has a crack in the casing that crunches when I hold it, but it seems to be working fine...
