In Gone Lionel threatens Lex. He also mentions that every friend Lex makes, can be a missal in betraying him.

Clark's friendship he just got back, but it's on shaky legs. The first thing that Clark does is ask Lex yet another favour.
Presumably in Transference, Lionel changes bodies with Clark. And who's to say what Lionel will do to Lex in that body. And I don't mean sexual. He could totally crush Lex, betray Lex and play Lex.

This really could be something to reopen, or rather, to widen that rift, right?

Morbid thoughts, I know.

lomao....well...as long as Lex tell pseudo Clark he loves him...
which I very much doubt since it's mainstream TV, but one can totally dream. :)

But ti could lead to very very disturbing scenes as well.

As much as I hate to say it, as this point, there HAs to be more pain for him. I can't imagine him turning really really bad still even if he says there is a lot of darkness in him.

I dunno, I wish I could put him on some happy island with Clark and forget about the reat :)

As much as I don't want Lex hurt anymore, I think they need to have Lionel pull off the gloves in that episode.

This would be Lionel's chance to ruin Lex's only real, true friendship. ('cause yeah, Lex is friends with Lana as well, but he doesn't confide in Lana/make himself vulnerable.) As Lex told Clark, it's that friendship that makes Lex pause before doing something, and without it...

Seriously, if Lionel wants revenge, what would be better than having "Clark" betray Lex or do something that Lex would consider unforgivable, thereby wrecking the most important relationship in Lex's life?

I don't actually think they will seperate Clark and Lex like this just after they made them friends again, but there could be a definite crack in the facade, right?

Hmm, very interesting theory. There are so many great dramatic and humorous possibilities for this episode. Any LionelAsClark with Lex scenes should be priceless. Wow. I want to see this so badly! I'll definitely be on the edge of my seat during the whole epi!!!

Seriously, I've only seen about 7 or 8 eps outside of season 1, and only saw all of season 1 cos I could rent it for free! LOL!! So yeah, me not watching the show is not affecting my fic reading. ;) Though, I do download the ocassional ep on tinyvision and squint at the screen if there's a good review for the ep. ::bg::
