Concert, Thanks, 7 questions

First of all, thank you for helping me with the interview. I think I wriote a passable interview and there were some amazing questions. Hopefully I will be able to show you the result soon. Also thanks for all the blue dragons and for the comments, messages and calls pertaining to my work-related entry. It means so much to me and helped me a lot :)

Last wee tuesday, I went to a wonderful concert with took [livejournal.com profile] legoline , [livejournal.com profile] lyxzen and M. It was very very nice. It was with seating which was very relaxing and even though we went in fairly late, we had good seats. I managed to take in my camera.

[livejournal.com profile] legoline gave me seven questions. Here are the answers. You can ask seven questions of me as well. I'm just not sure when I wil get them to you :)

1. What do you like about Tom Hardy?
2. Why did you decide to go into graphic design?
3. Your favourite TV show of all time?
4. A book you wish you'd never read.
5. Someone makes you an incredible job offer, but you'd have to move halfway around the world to Tokyo--would you do it?
6. An ACTRESS you're fannish about and why.
7. If you could have dinner with a fictional character, which one would it be?

1. What do you like about Tom Hardy?
Aside from the fact that he is an extremely brilliant and intense actor, I love the fact that he is so damn honest. Every time I read an interview I find myself in it. He’s just a very fascinating individual.

2. Why did you decide to go into graphic design?
It was a last minute thing. I wanted to study musical theatre dance, but during all my time professionally dancing, I noticed that I just don’t have the body to compete with the rest of the much more professional dancers out there.
A since I enjoyed creating that website about that one fictional characters *cough* Tom Paris *cough* and I loved the arts, I decided to do this. I remember my mum had a leaflet for this school and a week later I was enrolled. It was a bit scary.

3. Your favourite TV show of all time?
I don’t have a favourite TV show of all time. I simply don’t. I have many shows I would count as favourite shows over a period of time. Those include Star Trek TNG, Star Trek Voyager, Stargate Atlantis and even Smallville. But those are the ones where I was most active fannishly. Maybe I would say Veronica Mars, the first season, Just because it was so perfect. Or Terminator: the Sarah Connor Chronicles. Because it had such great characters and was done so awesomely. But truth is I don’t know.

4. A book you wish you'd never read.
Contract by Simon Spurrier. But I’m sad that I actually spent money on it, because I never finished the book. That was the most awful first person perspective ever. Also I read the unbearable lightness of Scones while on vacation and even though it was an easy read, it made me want to hurt people. Everyone in this book behaved stupidly.

5. Someone makes you an incredible job offer, but you'd have to move halfway around the world to Tokyo--would you do it?
I couldn’t ever imagine myself every doing something just for the sake of work. So I think the answer is no. Thing is, I have no relationship whatsoever with Tokyo and I cannot imagine there being a job that would interest me so much that I would leave everything behind.

6. An ACTRESS you're fannish about and why.
That is the hardest question ever. I don’t think I’m particularly fannish about an actress. Generally I would have to say Meryl Streep. She always impresses me and she always seems to enjoy the work so much.

7. If you could have dinner with a fictional character, which one would it be?
I think I would choose Ted Mosby. Because I can actually imagine having a conversation with the guy. We could talk about movies and books and whatnot. I think that could be fun.

Happy belated birthday [livejournal.com profile] xandutchand [livejournal.com profile] nikomaria!!! I hope you had wonderful days.
